Criteria:

  • 7 - 12 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge about Lean Six Sigma, Delivery Excellence, and Quality and Risk Management
  • BBA / MBA in Finance is a must.
  • Distance education or NIOS not applicable

 

Job Role:

 

  • Lead and mentor Process Improvement projects leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver targeted Business value and productivity improvements
  • Effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure Delivery Excellence Initiatives are effectively deployed and recognized
  • Supporting implementation of CMMI practices as per the Quality management system
