Job description

Job Title: Consultant/Sr. Consultant - Lean Six Sigma and Business Excellence Trainer & Consultant

Location- Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi/NCR (Delhi/NCR Preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Undertake Lean Six Sigma GreenBelt and BlackBelt trainings
- Conduct Awareness Trainings as well as trainings on Understanding Criteria for Business
Excellence Models such as EFQM and MBNQA
- Facilitate teams from client organizations inidentifying, planning and executing actions aligned to
the criteria requirements of Business Excellence Models such as EFQM and MBNQA
- Facilitate and drive teams from client organizations toexecute continuous improvement projects
using the Lean Six Sigma Methodology as well as other methodologies such as A3 Problem Solving,
Kaizenand 8D
- Be equally proficient in training, facilitating, coaching and guiding teams of clients from various
sectors such as BPO, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, SharedServices, Banking, Insurance and others
- Manage end to end client relationships, lead client-basedpresentations and handle technical
queries
- Develop, update and maintain curriculum for training (Lean, Yellow Belt, GreenBelt & BlackBelt).
Standardize industry specific module
- Communicate complex ideas clearlyand concisely and ability to facilitate to a variety of audience
and levels of leadership

Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Lean Six Sigma BlackBelt certified (Master BlackBelt Certification preferred)
- Trained Assessor inBusiness Excellence Models such as EFQM and/or MBNQA
- 5 + years of experience in Lean Six Sigma and Business Excellence field
- Should have handled and guided Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects (Black belt projects will get
preference).
- Also, should have experience in facilitating / executing improvement projects using A3, Kaizenand
8D methodologies
- Should have good understanding of Business Excellence concepts and should have trained and
facilitatedor participatedin identifying, planning and executing Business Excellence Road Maps and
corresponding action plans
- Must have experience in executing / participating in implementing lean Six Sigma and / or Business
Excellence in various industries such as BPO, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Shared Services, Banking and
Insurance
- Masters/Advancedcourse in statistics preferred
- 2+ years of experience in developing modules for training and delivering projects (Lean, Yellow Belt,
GreenBelt, BlackBelt)
- Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong interpersonaland leadership skills
- Willingness to travel approximately70-75%
- Willingness to relocate any of the locations (Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad)
- Moderate to advanced Minitab MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills
